A corporate retreat behind private gates
Villas instead of hotel floors, a wellness pavilion instead of a breakout room, and — on a full buyout — not one person on the property who isn't on your team.
Privacy is a feature you can't book at a resort
Strategy weeks, leadership resets and incentive trips share one requirement: the group has to be able to talk. On a three-plus-villa reservation the estate becomes a total buyout — 27 bedrooms for 60+ attendees, five pools, one beach, and a staff of 32 working only your agenda.
Every bedroom is ensuite with its own balcony, which settles the question executive assistants actually care about: who has to share. Exact room-by-room assignments across the five villas and two suites are mapped with you — per-villa counts confirmed during planning.

Sessions in the palapa, not a conference room
The estate’s grand palapa and The Butterfly Landing — its beachfront wellness pavilion — hold your working sessions and dinners. Room configurations and headcounts are confirmed with the estate during planning.

One culinary team, zero logistics
The estate runs its own restaurant: chefs cook from Mexican breakfasts to five-course dinners, served table-side, poolside, beachside, or beside the cenote by candlelight. Menus are planned once, with one team, for the whole retreat.

The off-hours are the point
A sea-view gym, professional massage and wellness therapies, watersports gear, gardens with a cenote, and a private beach. From May to October, the evening walk includes nesting sea turtles.
