The complete estate

The whole estate. Only your people.

Hacienda del Secreto's quietest luxury is a rule, not a thread count: reserve three or more villas and the property closes to everyone outside your group.

The mechanic

Three villas is the threshold

Reserve three or more villas and the estate becomes a total buyout — closed to anyone outside your group. Take all seven accommodations and you hold the estate at full strength: 27 bedrooms for 60+ guests, five pools, the event palapa, The Butterfly Landing pavilion, the gardens and the beach frontage — with the staff of 32 operating for one client.

This is the arrangement behind the estate's weddings and executive retreats, and it exists because of what the property is: a private family estate that admits guests only when the family isn't in residence. Exclusivity here isn't an upgrade — it's the default state of the house.
